What TO Eat

Note:

There is some evidence that once someone has had Candida, like so many other diseases, that there is a susceptibility for a re-occurrence.

Therefore, be aware if you do not stay totally true to these recommended foods while you are taking the Anti-Candida treatment, it can make the Candida more resistant to the treatment process.

Bottom-line, when you are taking the Anti-Candida treatment, the weaker strains will die off first. Remember, there are 150 or more strains. The hardier strains require a longer duration of the treatment to first weaken them and then die off.

If you were to eat something that is not recommended, say something sweet, you are returning the remaining Candida strains back to full strength and giving them the opportunity to morph into a form that has a defense against the Anti- Candida treatment that you have been using.

If you have been reading this carefully from the home page you are making a statement as many have before you - that you are "sick and tired of being sick and tired" and are willing to do what it takes to be well again.

You are not in this alone. Let's proceed together to the Advanced Information of this section.
