Stage Three--- Maintenance
Consider this Maintenance section to be a recommendation
for a way of life to maintain a strong, healthy body. Over the next
few weeks you will be adding in foods that you are not sensitive
to and that support your overall health. Listen to your body! The
supplements are the minimum amount recommended to not only keep
your body free from Candida, but also able to correct many other
potential imbalances.
Examples of foods you may wish to enjoy occasionally:
- Apples (best if peeled)
- Berries (all types)
- Breads (whole grains) if you are not allergic
- Corn Chips, Crackers (whole grain) if not allergic
- Kiwi (not too ripe)
- Muffins (whole grains, made with Stevia etc.)
- Papayas
- Pancakes (whole grain if tolerated)
- Pears (best if peeled)
- Rice cakes (if tolerated) 1 -3 servings weekly
- Tortillas (whole grain if tolerated)
Note: The most common allergenic foods should be the last
you attempt to reintroduce into your diet. A partial listing is:
wheat, oats, barley and rye (all of which contain gluten), caffeine
(as in coffee, colas, chocolates etc.), dairy products, strawberries,
corn, potatoes, soy, mushrooms, peanuts, yeast, shell fish, red
meats, sugar, excessive sweets, sweet fruits, and of course, aspartame,
MSG, sulfites, artificial colors and flavors along with "junk food"
of all kinds.
And, if you are tempted you should know that the caffeine from
one cup of coffee, tea, or soft drink can kill up to 75% of the
friendly bacteria in your intestinal tract.

Note: If hungry between meals, drink 8-12
oz of pure non-chlorinated water with ½ to 1 tsp of Solar Sea Salt.
Remember your need for fiber. The daily recommendation
is 20-35 grams of fiber for the average adult. By continuing with
this amount or more, your intestinal tract keeps things moving through
regularly. Be advised that to maintain optimum health, you should
supplement this fiber with the Herbal Fiber Cleanse two to four
times per year for a minimum of one week. .
Now that we are into our Stage Three Maintenance
program, it would be a good time to review the lifestyle
recommendations, to make sure that we are doing all that we
should for our total wellness.
